Bid Writing Coordinator

 

BFBS are seeking a discreet, reliable person, who has excellent attention to detail. 

This is a fixed term contract, working for two days a week, with the potential to upscale if need be. The initial contract would be for 12 months.    

This is a remote working position with occasional travel to our offices in Buckinghamshire and London.   

You would be helping the commercial team coordinate and write bids for published tenders.     

Experience of bid writing and managing complex administrative projects is a must.  

Knowledge of public sector tenders and winning them, would be desirable. 

You will need to have a flawless grasp of written English and a thorough understanding of SharePoint and Office 365. Having a qualification or experience in bid writing, copy-writing or project management would be desirable too. 

The successful person would need to go through and secure Security Check level clearance, possibly Developed Vetting should the need arise.
