BFBS are looking to appoint an experienced ‘front of house’ receptionist with strong administration skills.
This is a new position within our newly refurbished reception area.
We require someone who will provide a welcoming ‘meet and greet’ service to all our visitors.
The receptionist will also play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless administration service to the facilities team and the wider business.
You will be the first port of call for visitors, callers and enquiries.
With your excellent administrative experience and organisational skills, as our Head Office receptionist, you will pride yourself on your attention to detail and excellent time management. You will possess a high level of customer service and communication skills, as you will be required to communicate confidently and appropriately with both internal and external individuals at all levels.
You will have great computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft 365 packages, including OneDrive and SharePoint.
You will have a flexible and self-motivated approach, you will be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
The role will also include duties such as;
- Working as part of a team that looks after our Sitehelp Facilities inbox, including the reporting and problem solving for internal enquiries.
- Looking after our meeting rooms diary system.
- Handling travel related enquiries and liaison with nominated suppliers.
- Responsibility for the company stationery supply, again, liaising with nominated suppliers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a receptionist, administration or secretarial background.
This position is based at our Head Office in Chalfont Grove, Chalfont St Peter, Bucks. SL9 8TN. Working hours will be 37.5 hours Monday – Friday. The hours will probably be 8.30-5.00pm, however, can be discussed at Interview.
